1. Table Sponsor - $4,000

• 6 VIP tickets – includes open bar and hors d’oeuvres
• 1 Champagne bottle for the table

• Listing of company or individual name as a table sponsor on AV projector during the reception
• Mention of company name on all media release about the gala as a table sponsor
• Listing of company or individual name on website for 12 months
• Front row seat at the award ceremony and entertainment
• Opportunity to take pictures with our ambassadors and super models
• Table is labeled with the company or individual name
• VIP gift bags
  • There are only 10 tables available to the general public, for purchase on a first come basis

2. VIP Ticket - $250 each

• VIP open bar and hors d’oeuvres starting 6:15pm
• Front row seat at award ceremony and entertainment

3. General Admission Ticket - $150 each

• 2- hour open bar and hors d’oeuvres during the gala reception starting at 6:30pm
• Third, fourth row and any open row seating to the show and award ceremony

4. Student Admission Ticket - $75 each

• Discounted tickets for students only
• Same benefits as the General Admission Ticket listed above

• Check-in for VIP commences at 6:15pm

• All tickets will be provided at the door upon arrival
• All tickets must be purchased online by October 7th before 5:00pm
• No tickets can be purchased at the door
• Tickets are non-refundable
